+Bueroprofil: <p>co–struct is an owner-managed office for structural engineering with a slightly different corporate culture.</p><p>Our goal is to plan innovative structural systems from the very beginning of a project, with a special focus on aesthetic aspects. Close collaboration with various partners and proactive optimization of the conceived structures are close to co–struct's heart. Ecology in construction stimulates our creativity to find the most suitable materials for each building.</p><p>Our corporate culture emphasizes interpersonal relationships. In our projects, we strive for open and constructive communication between all parties involved to foster joy and motivation. Internally, bossy attitudes and complex hierarchies are as foreign to us as garden politics. Challenges are tackled together, problems are openly addressed and solved.
