minZIP is an effective tool built in PHP and Node and currently tested on IIS Express server which compresses JS/CSS files using Babel + Uglify-es for JavaScript and CleanCss for CSS to provide browser compatibility for all Browsers.
JS and CSS files are minified automatically to provide ES5 compatibility for outdated browsers like IE11 and all Modern Browsers.
For IE11 Support it is recommended to inject https://www.npmjs.com/package/polyfill
