Juranic/merfish dirschema fixes (#1362)

* Create merfish-v2.3.yaml

Fixes previous version errors - *.dax extension changed to lowercase and pattern: raw/data/*.inf added.

* Update CHANGELOG.md

* Documentation: Update merfish
