Welcome to the Wiki for the Richardson Lab fMRI Analysis Pipeline!

fMRI analyses in our lab are run on the EBC server (for projects that use TEBC data) and on Ebby (for all other projects).

Our main lab scripts (in the fmri-analysis repository) draw from the Saxelab fMRI analysis pipeline and were developed by Dr Melissa Thye to run on the EBC server using the TEBC-5y cohort data.

These scripts are being further adapted for running on Ebby, by Naiti Bhatt (e.g., updating the directories specified in each script). Differences between the pipelines are tracked here.

One detail that is different from the users perspective is that the EBC subject lists don't contain a sub- prefix, whereas the subject lists for the datasets on Ebby do. The Ebby scripts have been adapted to account for this difference.
