Initial release of OctoPi-Klipper.

OctoPi-Klipper is OctoPi with Klipper pre-installed, OctoPrint default settings as documented in the Installation page. It also ships with OctoKlipper per-insatlled, so you can use the OctoPrint GUI to paste in your printer.cfg.

The repo has nightly builds on github actions, so you can always download the latest.
