Neuron-Reconstruction

If you use the software Imaris to reconstruct a neuron's morphology, you cannot export the individul data of neuron tree to normal format '.swc'.This code try to deal with this problem by Matlab script. Usage: Select the filament in Imaris, and then run the Matlab function. For the usage of this function, run help (function name) in Matlab console.
