Fix missing extension links (#118)

* test preview curriculum output

* wip separated links from challenge paths

* extract createTarget link copying into function

* WIP links not fully populating

* WIP print

* WIP prints

* WIP challenge paths are read and included for individual file preview

* ascend all parent dirs looking for files

* test for all asset types given to createNewTarget

* use target absolute path to find challenge paths
