  1. feat: overloaded 'SeqDict.from_sam()' method to support SAM files 

     - in addition to pysam SAM headers and SAM header dicts, SeqDicts can now be initialized
   from SAM file paths and pysam SAM files
 - added basic tests for this new functionality
