Nice, we are really close to get everything updated again!
Apparently the DenseNet and ResNeXt architectures for 3D are not working anymore. If not we can also think about just comment out the tests for these architectures. About the
Could you dig into that and try to find out what the batch shape is actually? Could be that through the new batching/Sequence DataGenerator parent class that we get here some different outputs? |
This pull request removes the parameters
workers
,batch_queue_size
, andmultiprocessing
from the neural network class and all related files. These parameters are no longer supported in the latest versions of TensorFlow and Keras, and their removal resolves compatibility issues.Additionally, this pull request refactors the code to replace the usage of the
.hdf5
file format with the.keras
