add integrations section #619

Goal of this change is to better show the integration possibilities of evcc with other systems.

introduce top level "Integrations" section
migrate "Reference > API" content to "Integrations > REST API" and "Integrations > MQTT API"
add dedicated "Integrations > Home Assistant" page with basic content
add link to @marq24's ha-evcc project
introduce redirect capability to forward existing links to the api reference to the new location

Later steps:

English translation
move messaging from "Reference > evcc.yaml" to "Integrations > Messaging"
extend home assistant documentation
add sections for other home automation systems
add web socket explanation


          add integrations section
