This is a general usage FRF tool package developed by spicer bak, and david young. It holds general use python tools for processing wave, model, and geoprocessing data around the FRF.
- This repo houses a bunch of useful tools, primarly developed as part of the Coastal model Test bed, but are useful in processing data around the FRF

- there is no setup.py file at this point.
