Describe the improvement you would like to see
I would like the renaming as explained above to better reflect what we expect the robot to do. Some context here: equinor/flotilla#1510 (comment)

How will this change existing functionality?
This will not change any functionality, it is just a refactor, but we need to make an equivalent change in systems that receive the CAPABILITIES in MQTT messages.

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model?
