  1. New dj script skeleton 

    * The `dj` script is now sourced from a file rather than a
  template
* The `dj` script is totally non-functional as of this commit,
  as it is being all but totally rewritten (mostly because it's
  late and I haven't rejiggered all of the things yet)
* The delayed_job monitrc template uses some of the new calling
  format for the `dj` script
