The ELIXIR Maturity Model for Pathogen Data Platforms (PDP)

Goals

The aim of this Maturity Model is to create a guide which can be used by technical decision makers to support the organisational data-sharing maturation strategy which they are tasked to execute. It should help bridge the gap between the goals of the high level decision makers and the actions of the technical implementers.

Nuxt 3 Minimal Starter

Our web site is developped with Vue3 and Nuxtt3 . If you want to know more about it, you can look at the Nuxt 3 documentation.

Setup

Make sure to install the dependencies:

# yarn
yarn install

# npm
npm install

# pnpm
pnpm install

Development Server

Start the development server:

npm run dev

and open http://localhost:3000

Build the web site

Build the application for production:

npm run build

Locally preview production build:

npm run preview

Deploy the web site

npm run deploy

Citation

Use the citation part in the top right menu.

Note : a Zenodo DOI is coming soon
