This pull request adds a directory for Ansible playbook files, and adds an initial role to install Python. This PR provides a good starting point, but there are still other tasks/roles to be added.
Note, the pyenv/python installation roles are slightly modified from a playbook role from Ansible Galay, lfit/python-install (lfit = Linux Foundation IT organization)
