This pull request should make the printig preview resizeable

This is a first advancement to make the prinitng preview resizeable. Howerver following Tasks are still ToDO
The resize does not work in map_only views
In layout views after the resize, the new scale is correctly shown on the printet map, but not in the bundle widget.
For each scale change the code automatilay redraws the scale which is very ineficcient
