show_connectome

Usage:

1. Open the jupyter script in Google Colab
2. Upload the connectome file and labels file
3. Rename the connectome file to connectome.csv, and the labels file to labels.txt
4. If this is a structural connectome, set is_structural below to True
5. Download the .py with the desired function from Github and upload it to Google Colab
6. Press Ctrl+F9 to run the jupyter notebook
