Rather than having separate widgets for each display method, combine them all in to a single widget for simplicity. This PR introduces the TS class
Detourrwhich chooses the appropriate widget based on the config. This allows all the TS code to be put in to a single bundle, instead of many different bundles. It also makes creating new widgets simpler.
