Added offline phases based on homomorphic encryption, used in the SPDZ-2 paper and the Overdrive paper.

I/O between external client processes and SPDZ parties.

A release which introduces new compiler instructions to allow external client processes to send inputs and receive results from SPDZ MPC parties.
