Game Catalog

This project is a web application that allows users to view details of video games.

Getting Started

To run this application, you need to have Node.js and npm installed on your computer.

Clone this repository: git clone https://[email protected]:brianrono/phase-1-final-project.git

Install the dependencies:

cd phase-1-final-project
npm install

Start the server:

npm start
data provided from this api https://www.freetogame.com/api/games
Open your web browser and go to http://localhost:3000.

Usage

1. To view details of a game:

2. Enter the game ID in the search box on the homepage.

3. Click the "Search" button.

4. The details of the game will be displayed below the page.

To sort the games by a specific property:

1. Click the sort button.

2. Select the property by which you want to sort the games (d"", genre, ID, or platform).

3. The games will be sorted by the selected property.
