Update first-party filters (Fixes some common empty space issues)

Various fixes , mostly empty space cosmetic fixes. Many common generic rules included, specifically targeted with empty cosmetic spaces left behind from blocking. All tested for the last 4 days and imported related from EL. Tested Brave Nightly on: https://pastebin.com/raw/HrACCxp0

Fix a couple of dubes also.
