Uses a Texture, with D3DUSAGE_RENDERTARGET, which apparently allows it to become a stereo texture, and then to be a successful destination of the StretchRect from the backbuffer, which transfers both eyes.

This also includes a small inset rectangle in top left, that shows the results of that StretchRect, by StretchRect them back to the backbuffer with a scaled rectangle.
