Update sunxi-6.6, switch to v6.6.43

Description

sunxi-6.6: patches: A small cleaning was done. Delete unused ones. Update the changed ones.

mk_format_patch: Copy only those patches that have changes in chunks

Initially, I wanted to change the mk_format_patch script so that it generates patches in the Armbian format.
But I did not find a description of this format, and besides, there are two scripts in the build system that generate patches in different Armbian formats.
