Simple installation

cd /opt/appserver/webapps
git clone https://github.com/appserver-io-apps/tutorial-angularjs.git myapp
sudo /etc/init.d/appserver restart

IMPORTANT: Please also follow the virtual-hosts configuration instructions to get this demo app working.
