BossDB-cookbook update with new notebook "BossDB-Pytorch-DataLoaders.ipynb" and new folders for "networkconfig", "models", and "scripts" to allow for model inferencing.
The purpose of this example is to replace the existing dataloader example with the updated dataloader. This is a starting point for people interested in doing some lightweight machine learning using BossDB data- they will likely modify this example for their purposes.
Meant to be a generic notebook to demonstrate how the data loader works and how it can be reconfigured for different datasets
includes a demo with the Kasthuri dataset and pre-trained U-Net network for inferencing
The data loader and supporting code are in the newly added folders
