Remove Google Analytics tracking from all pages. #136

Per ASF privacy policy, project websites are not allowed to use any tracking that hasn't been specifically approved, and are explicitly NOT allowed to use Google Analytics:

https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html

In addition to manually removing the Google Analytics tracking from Jekyll layout files and old copies of the manual, this specifically reverts the following commits that added tracking to newer versions of the manual:
