module load 2022
module load foss/2022a
Load python.
.. code-block::sh
module load Python/3.10.4-GCCcore-11.3.0 # or other version of python
Following AMUSE documentation (see above), download/uograde the python pachage: (--user is required by Snellius)
.. code-block::sh
pip3 install --user --upgrade pip
pip3 install --user numpy docutils mpi4py h5py wheel
pip3 install --user -e . # In the amuse home directory
Note that the 2022 version of setuptools may be outdated, in which case you run
.. code-block::sh
pip3 install --user --upgrade setuptools
before you run
.. code-block::sh
python setup.py develop_build
Eventually, build AMUSE individual codes by running from the AMUSE directory:
