Getting scalar value by '.data[0]' is now unsuported, so I replaced them by 'items()'.

On line 97 in multibox_loss.py, the following error has been occurred during training and it seems that we should reshape tensor.

RuntimeError: The shape of the mask [32, 8732] at index 0 does not match the shape of the indexed tensor [279424, 1] at index 0

@yyx1107 what's the different between that modification in multi_box and this one?
