When make linkcheck is run, there are a lot of redirected links (search for redirect in the linkcheck output)

This PR fixes those
help.aiven.iolinks that could instead referencedocs.aiven.iopages.We could come back later and turn some/many of these into :doc: references instead - see #1548
Note: there seem to be some places where a newline is being added at the end of the file.
