Improve feedback session reports.

1. More formats for downloading data as a spreadsheet.
2. More visualizations for data in session results.
3. More statistics for data in session results. e.g., give the instructor the ability to disclose stats (average, max, min, mean) to students
4. The ability to publish statistics of a question but not individual responses
5. The ability to omit 'given responses' from the published reports (to reduce clutter)
6. Ability to specify which questions to include in a report.
