Improve accessibility of TEAMMATES

• Improving compliance with established guidelines such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to a level where we can claim TEAMMATES is accessible.

In addition, improve the usability aspect of TEAMMATES.

1. Preventing regular users from being overwhelmed with advanced features.
2. Improving usability, e.g. reducing number of clicks or distance to navigate by mouse/touch.
3. Providing context-specific help, e.g. tooltips, links to relevant documentation.
4. Improving user guide.
5. Reducing brittleness of documentation, e.g. reducing the likelihood of documentation going out of sync with the actual app behavior.
