CyTracePy

Package containing a flexible, biologically meaningful distance measure between the outputs of trajectory inference methods.

Documentation is being worked on, and will be live soon. If you can't wait, download the newest Sphinx for python3 and then git clone https://github.com/Stuartlab-UCSC/cytracepy.git && cd cytracedb/docs && make html, and open the cytracepy/docs/_build/html/index.html file with your favorite browser.
