BED-4447: Hybrid Paths Small Tasks

Description

Handles several small tasks to get Hybrid Paths up and running

Motivation and Context

Closes: BED-4447

• Ensure new edges are enabled for pathfinding (turns out they were already wired up)
• Add relevant predefined cypher queries under a new heading in the Azure tab
• Add new edges to new headers in pathfinding filter list (enabled by default)

How Has This Been Tested?

• Local testing against a dataset with a good number of hybrid edges
