Update sift-react-native SDK from 0.1.8 to 0.1.13

Purpose

Fixes iOS SDK version in sift react native example project.
Bump Sift iOS SDK version to 2.2.0

Console API logs	Pod install on sample project resolves v2.2.0

Testing

• The changes were manually tested on the sample project.
• Unit tests were not created for the version bump.
• Testing on the android side was ignored since the scope of the PR only affected the iOS part of the project.
