Project Description:
This is a Duty Scheduler application developed in Python Flask and MySQL.
duty_app directory contains API routes and models defined using Flask framework to interact with MySQL database using SQLAlchemy.
schedule information is stored in MySQL database.
cli.py is a Command Line Interface provided to interact with users. It uses APIs defined in the duty_app
Used 'workalendar' toolkit for California holidays. https://github.com/novapost/workalendar

Assumptions:
1. User provides starting order which is used by the application to initialize the schedule.
   If user re-initializes, the new schedule replaces the existing schedule.
2. If the user marks a day as undoable using 'reschedule' option on CLI, he will be replaced by another user
   from future schedules if possible without conflicts.
3. Schedules can be swapped only between future schedules.
4. 'month' option in CLI displays schedules for current month (1st day of the month - last day of the month).

To run the project:
1. pip install -requirements.txt
2. Setup database and tables.
   python setup.py
3. Run tests
   python tests.py
4. Start the API server.
   python duty_scheduler.py
5. Use cli:
   python cli.py -h

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -t, --today           Displays today's Support Hero
  -m, --month           Displays schedule for all users in current month
  -i INITIALIZE [INITIALIZE ...], --initialize INITIALIZE [INITIALIZE ...]
                        Initialize the schedule with starting order
                        Usage: cli -i <user1 user2 user3 user4 ...>
  -u USER, --user USER  Displays user's schedule
  -s SWAP [SWAP ...], --swap SWAP [SWAP ...]
                        The date should be in YYYY-mm-dd format.
                        Usage: cli -s <user1 date1 user2 date2>
  -r RESCHEDULE [RESCHEDULE ...], --reschedule RESCHEDULE [RESCHEDULE ...]
                        Usage: cli -s <user1 date1>. Mark as undoable and
                        reschedule to new date.
