Update Image Downloading tasks to support both points (requires having point_geometry in Site Model) as well as the worldview nitf file support.
Remember point annotations are only groundtruth sites, observations don't seem to have points
Disabled the "upload model run" button in the scoring mode because it isn't supported.
Started working on supporting animation exports for Scoring View:

TODO:

Add in endpoints for supporting starting the animation export, checking the status of animation exports as well
Testing of new downloading images for nitf and point annotations.
This needs to support downloading images/animations for regular and proposal view scoring items.
create migrations for the new AnimationSiteExport and AnimationModelRunExport in the taskexport.py file.
