Added needed_entitlment function in Utils class that handle how much entitlment need a subscriptions to be attached
Add the code and the options for the functions that check if a content hosts has attached multiple subscriptions of the same parsed product from the yaml
Add the status of ELS server for every cluster Fix the ratio count by "guest / host" to "guest / (socket / 2)"
making more scalable
If kas check subs of an hypervisors, next the script will check its guests subscription, in order to avoid a long subscription "down time" if something changed

Updated hypervisor subscription assignement in order to avoid a significantly subscription misallignement or downtime on hypervisor's guests if something is changed on the hypervisor.
NB: depends on #62
