Halving Correction to fix stuck block height 2102400

Mainnet blockchain kick start to fix missing block found at 4 year halving block height 2102400.

Please replace the attached on this release to replace your existing peers.dat, sporks folder and add nodes to your rapids.conf this will kick start your wallet ban old peers and allow your wallet to sync so you can restart any master nodes you have or start staking again.

Rename the windows .exe the same as your current and swap the .exe and replace files above before opening.
