Rails-18xx version 2.3.0

  • Completed 18Scan.
    See the Game Notes for some limitations, and instructions on how to handle reaching destinations, which must be done manually (as in 1856).

  • Implemented Steam over Holland (SOH).
    It includes three Start Round variants, which must be selected in the Options menu before starting the game. See the Game Notes for details.
    A new feature is the cost imbursement of completing a river crossing. Crossable rivers are displayed on the map in the same way as impassible tile edges in other games.

  • Fixed 1856 bugs, related to using 8-trains rather than Diesels, and to CGR token placement when upgrading a #59 OO tile.

  • Several (potential and actual) action logging messages have been clarified.

  • Minor Bug Fixes to 1880
