Type redefinition is fine with msvc, so fine to violate gnu89 here. Shortening 64 bit to 32 bit should mostly be fixed in mvdsv and the warning disabling can be removed the next sync, adds too much noise for the macOS builds and ought to be harmless (famous last words).
This produces an ezQuake-macOS artifact which is a sandboxed universal binary with support for both arm64 and x86_64.
