A lead is a potential customer who might be interested in your products or services.

To access the Lead list, go to:

Home > CRM > Sales Pipeline > Lead

How to Create a Lead

  1. Go to the Lead list and click on New.
  2. If the lead is from any organization, check the 'Lead is an Organization' checkbox. Notice that the 'Organization Name' field becomes mandatory when you check. Enter the Company Name.
  3. If the person represents the company, write both the person's name and the organization's name. Which shows that person is the contact point of the organization.
  4. If the person is an individual, leave the checkbox unchecked and enter Person's Name and Gender.
  5. Enter Lead Source, Territory, and Sales Person.
  6. Enter Contact Details.
  7. Enter the Address if available
  8. Enter identification numbers (CNIC, NTN, and STRN) if available
  9. Click on 'Save'.
