File "loader.kip" must be put in "/atmosphere/kips".
It removes a code which prevents DevMenu from starting on any FW and it removes some signature checks which has been added specifically for FW 10.0.0.
Unfortunatly, it seems that DevMenu from SDK v6.0.1 doesn't work anymore on FW 10.0.0.
