Apply changes to make the build pass

1. The composer file was not able to pass composer validate. The name
   was not lower cased, and the lockfile was not in sync. In the process,
   some minor updates where installed for several dependencies
2. The controller web test was not in sync, the updated translations
   where not updated in the test
