Hi @DorothyCurtis and @VoxSciurorum, please use this PR to continue editing your draft language specification, which here I have named "language reference."

In order to unpublish the language specification, I will merge your PR #187. Note that in this PR, both the "language specification" and "language reference" co-exist. Please use this PR to edit the "language reference" and do not edit the "language specification" or else there will be a conflict. After we merge this PR, then things should all work out.

Sorry for the mess I made. I hope this approach makes sense. If you know a better way to manage this, please let me know.
