What is the current behavior?
Currently, the REopt outputs are not easily accessible and partners have to copy and paste a lot to create custom tables leading to a lot of work on the part of our external partners in creating reports.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Code has been added to automate the process of creating tables in ITA reports. This report can now be generated and sent via the API, similar to the proforma reports.
Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
No breaking changes are introduced. The new feature should work similarly to the proforma reports.

Based on feedback, this update enables the generation and distribution of ITA template reports, ensuring consistency and automation in reporting.
