I don't know where to put that, perhaps there's a better place.

The fix-build-orphan-commit was created to make an older commit available, as the branch it was on was deleted. It was breaking our builds, as the ref was unavailable (commit was an orphan and wasn't pulled). If that happens again, just fetch the missing commit and create a branch from it.
