The Intro to Tanzu Portfolio course needs to be moved from edx to github, and also needs overall refresh. It makes sense to handle these needs independently, initially migrating the course in its current state to github, and after will use a separate project/milestone to track course refresh.

While this is not necessarily a comprehensive list, the tasks needed to reach this milestone include:

• Create new course repository for Intro to Tanzu Portfolio
• Transfer content from edx into the github course template, editing as needed for format and fit
• Create graphic for new badge
• Create new badge
• Update course completion workflow with digital badge details
• Configure homepage, settings and course card setup on course repository
• Publish updated course card on homepage
