This PR targets this issue. Things were done:

  1. Added cv_bridge_catkin directory into lab5/dependencies. It was downloaded from source repo from the noetic branch. Then cmake file was edited for linking to opencv3_catkin.
  2. Updated cmake files for lab5 and lab6.
  3. Updated packages files.

Remark: I have not checked how it will influence the further labs. As I have not implemented them yet.
