* Ligero - Rocket Chat Livechat Integration *

1) Install this package on Ligero

2) Enable Livechat on Rocket Chat ( refer to https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/omnichannel-guides/omnichannel )

3) As a livechat manager, access Omnichannel -> Webhook and fill the form as below

   *Webhook URL:* https://<LIGERO_ADDRESS>/otrs/nph-genericinterface.pl/Webservice/RocketChat/?UserLogin=<LIGERO_USER>&Password=<LIGERO_PASSWORD>
   *Secret Token:* ( Leave empty )
   *Send Request on:* [Chat Close], [Visitor Messages]

4) Save
