If
USE_LIBROM, thensetupROMConfigOptionis executed for the full-order-model mgmol simulation. This ROM option is not necessary for FOM simulation, but can be used for on-the-fly snapshot saving if specified.Default values are needed for ROM configuration options, so that ROM-related inputs remain optional for FOM simulations.
